Something changed when I turned fifty.
I stopped wanting more things and started wanting more time.
Time with my kids. Time to travel down roads I’ve never taken. Time to sit with a good friend and talk about absolutely nothing important.
I used to think success was about how much I could accomplish. Now I think it might have more to do with how much of my life I actually notice.
I discovered this site while looking for something meaningful to listen to during my morning walks.
What stayed with me wasn’t any one sentence. It was the feeling that I didn’t have to keep chasing something to be part of something worthwhile.
That’s a pretty good lesson to learn at any age.
