I like that I can explore these ideas at my own pace. Some days I want to listen and reflect. Other days I just read a little and carry one thought with me. There’s something gentle about the whole experience.
I’ve read a lot of inspirational material over the years, but I tend to remember the things that make me notice my actual surroundings. After visiting this site, I spent a few minutes watching sunlight move across my living room floor. Such a small thing, but it felt peaceful.
